BED & BREAKFAST, YOGA BRUNCH HOLIDAYS

Les Vigeants is the perfect little retreat........ Peace, tranquillity and optional yoga bespoke to your booking

Our yoga brunch holidays are perfect for a short break escape or longer. Bookings available for 2-5 nights for up to 6 people. Liz, our qualified Hatha yoga teacher and sports nutritionist will tailor each session to your group and plan each brunch to your tastes. 

You can choose to start the day with a light breakfast followed by an hour of yoga at a pace to suit you, your family or your group. We then join together at the large outdoor dining table for a healthy, nutritious brunch with freshly squeezed fruit juice.

 

Or, you can start the day with a hearty breakfast with the option of yoga in the morning or at the end of the day to stretch out tired muscles and help you relax ready for a good nights sleep.

Sample itinerary / food:

Arrival day  

Welcome drinks and evening meditation session

Day 1

Pre yoga - coconut chia pot, fresh fruit, lemon & ginger tea

Yoga - 1hr 15min of guided hatha yoga flow and meditation, tailored to your booking

Brunch - hearty salad dishes, Greek yogurt with home-made banana nut granola & fresh fruit and a vitamin boosting fruit juice infused with turmeric and ginger

Time to yourselves - Spend the day exploring the area and sampling the local delights.

Day 2

Breakfast - a choice of fresh fruit, overnight oats, porridge, yogurt, teas, coffee, freshly squeezed juice and maybe the odd fresh croissant from the local bakery..it is France after all!

Time to explore - take the day to do what you love best.....long cycle rides, visit local chateaux & vineyards or take time with to enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool.

Yoga - End the day with a relaxing yoga flow poolside as the sun goes down. 

Day 3

Final yoga session and a yummy breakfast / brunch 

You have use of a private fully equipped kitchen in the Cottage to prepare your evening meals or you can choose to eat out and sample the local restaurants.

Yoga for runners

The physical practice of yoga combines breath, postures and rest to balance the nervous system, flex the spine and develop core strength and stamina. Working with physiotherapist Kate Charlton from Your Optimal Performance, Liz and Kate have developed yoga sessions perfect for runners and triathletes. Each combination of postures and breathwork are designed with a specific purpose to nourish and ease tired muscles, improve balance, improve strength or focus the mind.
